<p>This course is designed to upskill WDS&#39;s who are preparing to deliver Initial Signaller Training (IST) Track Circuit Block (TCB) Conversion.</p> <p>During this &#39;Train the Trainer&#39; the WDS&#39;s will be taken through the course structure, training materials, risk base competency system that will enable them to deliver the IST TCB conversion course and record delegate competence.</p>
